How long will it take to receive my order?
We deliver within Canada. If you live in a postal code more than 40 miles from our distribution centers, there may be an additional delivery charge and delivery time may be extended by one or two weeks. The waiting time for special order items is 8-12 weeks. If the product is in stock, delivery is made within 7 days.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not offer international shipping.

What is your return policy?
Changed your mind after placing an order?
Whatever the reason, you can cancel your online order (excluding special orders) at any time before delivery at no charge. Simply notify us in writing by post or email. You can find our contact details at the bottom of the page.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you—unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Can I change a product?
It may be difficult to make changes to your order once it has been entered into our system. This is because we work to tight schedules, and the production of your order may have already started. However, if you wish to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will let you know if the change is feasible. If a change is possible, we will inform you of any adjustments to the price, delivery timeline, or any other necessary changes as a result of your request, and ask you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the change. If we are unable to make the change or if the implications of the change are not acceptable to you, you may wish to cancel the contract with us as outlined below.
